Darrell Utt is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) who dedicated his life to serving his country and protecting its interests.
Utt’s journey began when he enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1996. After completing basic training and advanced individual training, he joined the ranks of the Special Forces, commonly known as the Green Berets. Throughout his career, Utt served in multiple deployments and combat zones, including Iraq and Afghanistan. As an NCO, Utt held various leadership positions within the Special Forces community. Utt’s dedication to his fellow soldiers and his commitment to excellence earned him the respect and admiration of his peers.
During his service, Utt received numerous awards and decorations, including the Bronze Star Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal.
Darrell Utt’s dedication to service is far from over. He currently serves as the Chief of Operations at the National Medal of Honor Museum. As the Chief of Operations, Utt is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the National Medal of Honor Museum in Texas.
He plays a vital role in coordinating and managing various aspects of the museum’s operations, ensuring that it fulfills its mission of preserving the legacy of Medal of Honor recipients and educating the public about their extraordinary acts of valor.
Utt’s dedication to honoring the Medal of Honor recipients extends beyond his role at the museum. He actively engages with veterans and their families, fostering a sense of community and support.
