Oh how times have changed!! One thing we can all agree on, is that in order to be successful as a military member, we must be flexible. Although change can be good, change takes time and must be managed to be effectively implemented. On this episode of Camouflaged Beauty, Que and I sat down and shared our thoughts on many of the changes we have seen over the past 20 years and how we have seen those changes impact our Airmen. From Uniforms to the communication on social media to promotion and networking , we are talking about it all.
Master Sergeant Marquetta “Q” Wines is a daughter, wife, mother, and United States Airman. She is currently serving a 1-year remote tour in the Azores, Portugal as the Section Chief of Plans and Resources. Sgt Wines has over 19 years in the Air Force and has performed her duties at 8 different duty stations in 4 different countries. Her husband retired from active duty after over 20 years of service to stay home and care for their 4 year old identical twin sons.
