The recent passing of our 29th commandant, General Alfred (Al) M. Grey, made me think about what his family must be going through. It also made me think of another family I spoke to that lost their service member unexpectedly as well. The family had no idea what to do regarding reporting it to the military or if they rated any military benefits or assistance. Today, we will review how you can train and prepare your family. Although an uncomfortable subject, this will alleviate additional suffering on their part.
