Jai is a naval officer and founder of the Act Now Education organization. The Act Now Education organization has a large presence online with over 20,000 members on their Facebook group. Their website is filled with opportunities for active, reserve, veteran, and dependents for free. Act Now helps those from the military community find new opportunities in life after the uniform by providing training in a plethora of areas. Jai founded the organization as he was staring into the great divide that is transition and realized there were serious needs for occupational opportunities after the uniform.
