Episode 182 – I took a month off the podcast for the first time in three years

In this episode, I want to open up and share my personal journey of self-improvement and growth. I took a month off the podcast for the first time in a year to focus on my studies, pursue physical training certification, and fulfill my family responsibilities. It was a challenging time where I struggled to balance multiple priorities as a dad, husband, podcast host, and coach.

I reflect on the need to work on myself before helping others, and the importance of challenging my own beliefs. I acknowledge past mistakes and the need to change my behavior in relation to household duties and time management. I opened up about my struggles with balancing family responsibilities, school, and deepening my understanding of coaching theories.

I discuss the impact of emotional decisions and the need to focus on the bigger picture, as well as the importance of continuously giving more to the world. I share my experiences with starting a business, facing financial challenges, and the lessons learned in working through personal and professional issues.

Join me as I discuss the value of learning from mistakes, setting daily non-negotiable routines, and the pursuit of becoming the best version of oneself. I reflect on the shortness of life, the loss of friends, and the need to take risks and evolve personally and professionally. Through it all, I emphasize the importance of self-improvement, recognizing generational patterns, and making positive changes to achieve success.

So, tune in as I share my journey of growth and the commitment to evolving as a mentor, coach, and person. There’s a lot to unpack in this episode, and I’m looking forward to sharing it with all of you.

Viral Topic: The Power of DedicationQuote: “So that was just a good learning instance for me, was this wedding. I was like, man, I need to get my physique up. Because that’s a lot of times what happens is, you know, around these people, we see people let themselves go. But two, when you start dedicating yourself, when you start getting better, when you start being the best you can be, you’re gonna get, people come up to you, they’re going to ask you, hey, how did you lose weight, whatever it is, you know.”
