Deke Letson – Veterans Expedition Therapy | Cam & Otis Show Ep. #268

What does being outdoors do for your mental health?  How can you commit to the change that you need to make to be happy?  And why is a support system so critical to being successful?  Today’s guest, Deke Letson, answers all these questions and much more on this powerful episode.  Cam, Deke, and Otis discuss finding your own way to heal and why the best thing to do after you find that path is to share it with others.  There’s no one size fits all solution, but for Veterans who love the outdoors Deke has a path for you!
