Brian is a retired naval officer who serves as the US TN 4th District Constituency Service Rep. He works with the veteran population that resides in his district. Brian has a blue belt in BJJ and was a coach of boxing at the Naval Academy. Brian has a Master’s in Political Science and has taught courses at the University level.
