Althea Williams joined the U.S. Army at the age of 39 and spent her time in flight operations. She managed operations for Apache, Blackhawk, and Chinook helicopter units.
After an accident that led to her leaving the Army, Althea had to learn how to live again and find her voice. This led her to start She Vets Its. She Vets It is a way to connect other female Veterans with each other to support what they are doing.
