The “Do Hard Things” podcast is hosted by Jay Tiegs who believes taking on difficult challenges in life with persistence and commitment enable people to find great success in life. His mantra “Do Hard Things” has enabled him to overcome the challenges of a broken home and laid the foundation of successful 25 years career as an officer in the United States Army. Jay is an endurance athlete, speaker, trainer, and certified high performance coach. He helps people raise their ambition and inspires people to reach heightened levels of performance through challenge and meaningful pursuits. In his show, he provides tools and tactics, lessons learned, and interviews people who are on the same journey.
